What types of events can be hosted at Mansfield Rustic Barn?
We welcome birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, graduation parties, reunions, corporate events, anniversary celebrations, Quinceañeras, holiday parties, and many other special occasions.

How many guests can the venue accommodate?
Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests.

What are your event rental rates?
Events up to 60 guests are $95 per hour. Events with 61–150 guests are $125 per hour. Quinceañeras are offered at a flat rate of $1,000.

Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes. A $175 cleaning fee applies to all event rentals.

​

What is included with my event rental?
Your rental includes use of the reception area, tables, chairs, saloon area with drink cooler, DJ booth, five-slot food warmer station, full kitchen, and three restrooms.

Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes! Mansfield Rustic Barn is fully handicap accessible.

Is parking available?
Yes, convenient on-site parking is available for guests.

Can I schedule a tour before booking?
Absolutely! We'd love to show you around the venue. Contact us to schedule a tour.

Is heating and air conditioning available?
Yes. The venue includes heating for the cooler months, air conditioning for the summer, and ten ceiling fans for added comfort.

Yes! We encourage you to personalize the space for your celebration. Please contact us for any decoration guidelines or restrictions.
